All SoundLab products are digital and delivered online.

2. Memberships

SoundLab memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until that period ends.

No further charges will be taken after cancellation.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

3. One-Off Mix Purchases (Digital Content)

Due to the digital nature of SoundLab mixes:

All one-off mix purchases are non-refundable.

Once a mix has been purchased and access has been granted, the sale is considered final.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased mix, please contact us and we will resolve this promptly.

4. Licensing Disclaimer

SoundLab products provide music curation and mix creation only.

Instructors and studios are responsible for holding the appropriate music licences for their region and teaching platform.

SoundLab does not supply music licences.

5. Copyright & Use

All SoundLab mixes and materials are protected by copyright.

Content is provided for use by the purchasing instructor or studio only.

Mixes may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or made available to others.

This includes (but is not limited to) sharing download links, files, or login access.

Unauthorised sharing or distribution is not permitted.

6. Acceptable Use

SoundLab content may be used in:

Live, in-person classes led by the purchasing instructor or studio.

SoundLab content may not be used for:

Livestreamed classes

Recorded classes

Redistribution or resale
unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We understand that genuine issues can arise.
